EADV MEMBERS

EADV Members / EADV Resident Members / EADV Retired Members

  • EADV active Members benefit from a preferential rate. The only way to take advantage of this rate is to log into the system using the email address linked to the membership account, i.e. the same email address used to log into “My EADV Corner”.
  • Companies registering an EADV Member need to refer to these guidelines.
  • IMPORTANT: EADV Members are not designated as Healthcare Professionals by default. Please, define the correct status (HCP or Non-HCP) during the registration process. Access to the different areas and sessions of the Congress are defined according to this declaration.

Non-Member / Industry Participant / Resident (under 35 years old) / Student (under 35 years old) / Nurse

Non-Member

This category applies to every Non-Member/Healthcare Professional and Non-Member/Non-Healthcare Professional. However, if you are a “Non-Member Corporate” please refer to the category “Industry Participant”.

Industry Participant

This category has been created to enable employees of the Industry (such as distributors, industry representatives, marketers, business developers, CEO, COO, etc. working in the field of dermatology) to gain full access to the event.
On the badge, the name of the company sponsoring the registration will be displayed.

Resident (< 35 years old)

A Resident is classified as a person doing an internship or postgraduate medical training specialized in dermato-venereology under the age of 35.
Required: Proof of Status* and a copy of the passport to validate the registration. The Proof of Status must clearly state the position as a Resident.

Student (< 35 years old)

A student is classified as a person studying at university in order to get a degree in a medical field (person not authorised to prescribe or dispense prescription medicines/drugs) under the age of 35.
Required: Proof of Status* and a copy of the passport to validate the registration. The Proof of Status must clearly state the position as a Student.

Nurse

A nurse is classified as a person employed in a hospital or clinic as a Nurse.
Required: A copy of the current medical license as well as a dated letter of sponsorship from the employer to validate the registration. The letter must clearly state the position as a Nurse.
Nurses registering on-site need to bring and present the medical license and the letter of sponsorship at the registration counters for approval in order to benefit from the discounted fee.
